    Why ? Beacuse he smashed his bike with his car ? That guy was a public danger and had to be stopped. What if he ran over a kid in that residential area? At 100 km/h both would have been killed.

    Also look at how he turns around and go in the opposite direction to traffic on the highway... would have deserved to smack a truck filled of wood head-on.

    A bike/car/truck/bus is not only a mode of transportation, in the wrong hands it is also a weapon.
