    Almost everyone does, or call directory assistance. For those that want one a phone book should be available I guess, but to print & deliver them to each address? Insanity.

    What's even more stupid is the amount they leave for a business. The company I work for is small, there's only 10 people here, yet I'll come into work one morning and there'll be 6 phonebooks outside the door :?

    It's the same thing here, they dump new phonebooks on every now and then, it's a bloody waste of paper, I don't think I even know anybody who uses them.
