10K went actually really well... hit my goal (under 45 minutes), but I am pooped. It was easier than I thought - I think it helped that I was following a FINE ass MILF with the sweetest little tush... WOO! MOKKORI! :D

Nearly fell asleep there. That's quite a long distance Mok. Was that a race or something?

Yeah, it's the longest I've ever run for a race... it was a local run to help fundraise money for elementary schools projects where I grew up. So a little pain goes a long way.

Plus, it was super nice weather and the superfoine MILFs were out in droves.

All good stuff. Good to help the schools in your old neighborhood, too.

I was never a good long distance runner. I jogged for a while, but not long.

I did the London marathon when I lived there. Really I just walked most of the way. That's another reason I want to kick smoking, need to get fit again.

Yeah me neither - in high school, I was a 400m sprinter and long jumper. I really didn't start running long distance till post-college (ex-gf got me into it).

Dude, that still 20+miles of walking... I think my legs would just completely stop working after 15 miles for myself.

I still smoke like once a month - usually when i'm on my blue moon drinking binges. :alcoholic:

400m and 800m are the tough ones. Hell, they're all tough.

I can walk really far without problems, it's the running that does the damage.

Not me, since I've an handicap that limits me for walking sometimes. Simply because I can't breathe normally...

With a scoliosis, yes. But it's not so bad sometimes. There are few walks I don't want to remember, especially in Quebec City after my surgery (we were on a trip in the city and it was a hot day). Was hard to walk...

But this was 8 years ago!

The 1st 2 image links didn't work. The 3rd one worked. The vid links were cool. Don't worry about it. I got the vid.

I think you've compensated and mainstreamed very well. Keep it going and the world is yours.
