The frame is a nitpicky technicality, and the "dollar sig" style hit is just a personal preference.

I just detest the txt in this sig. It breaks up the picture in an unpleasant way, is distracting and imo, just plain annoying. I was planning to redo it before i even upped it as a sig and just havent gotten around to it with an inspiration yet. Hopefully the redo will use the txt to further the idea instead of road blocking it :/

Thanks for the kind words tho, I did work a long time to create the water look and the reflection and water ripples and water refraction was a big effort to integrate into the pic without overdoing it.

 

I see what you mean now, before I guess I must have blended the text out.
Maybe another font? Or more camuflaged? No idea.
The water effect hoever is in a class if its own! Superb!

8.7/10 - I think I'm kinda biased against sigs that have too many effects going on...

 

Simple clean, to the point. I like that the face is offset to fight dollar-sig-itis
