    Billing is done here, once we release the bills to the insurance company we have no control over that. They're the one who scrutinize each and every item on the bill, if there's 1 thing wrong with it it kicks out. They send it back to the hospital/dr's office and they have to correct it. All this has to take place in a certain amount of time or the insurance company denies the claim all together.

    I'm a network administrator/project manager. The new systems we get I purchase the hardware, OS software, set it all up. The vendor then installs their app, trains me on how it works. I then push it out to whoever needs it and then take care of whatever goes wrong with it. I also do a little with the switches and cabling.

    It is good. That way if you're out of town or go to a specialist all they have to do is burn it to a cd and take it with you or the hospital can encrypt it and send it over the internet. We do it all the time.
