    What's up with the color codes? Do you guys not do W/O, O/W, W/G, BL/W, W/BL, G/W, W/BR, BR/W?
    That is a HELL of a lot easier that what I do. Straightening the wires and getting them in the connector is what takes forever.

    Yep, never terminted a cat6, only 5 and 5e. And that's pretty much how I make them, don't use a guide though. Just strip, get the color config, cut it to flush, put the connector and crimp.
