    i wish one of my professors would do that to my laptop in class...

    I would proceed to getting up, walking straight to the front of the class and punching him straight in the face. With that one punch, I guarentee you he would be knocked out.

    Oh, and then he would buy me a brand new laptop, or we're going to court, where in the end, he's still gonna end up buying me a laptop, just that I'll milk him for a top of the line one instead of the shitty one that I own

    If any teacher was STUPID enough to do that to a students laptop, they'd be:

    - Fired
    - Sued for the price of the laptop and any data it contained
    - Lose his teaching credentials in that area/state

    I really wish a techer would have been that stupid with my privately owned property. He'd have to pay for the laptop and the lost data that was worth over potentially more than $10,000,000 (since they would be able to prove it wasn't worth that much).

    He's a Grade A Moron.

    im not so sure, i mean lets face it, he most likely told them at the bigining, its really just a matter of rules at that point, if the adults cannot follow them, then bam, they loose it.
    i paid a lot of cash to go to skool, last think i ever wantede was for som jak asss to fuk it up@!

    Anyone that thinks that was ok for him to do that is crazy. Something seems fishy about this though. I just can't see a kid sitting there seeing him take the laptop and getting the liquid nitrogen and never even getting up and saying anything. kick the kid out of class, dont destroy his property. that was a bit uncalled for.

    you are all dumb if you think that is a students laptop. like stp said its just some old broken one. He probably does it at the beginning of every semester.

    yea pretty sure that was some old laptop. If it weren't, people would have been screaming "WTF" or at least hte owner would have said "im gonna sue your ass"
