  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    They're HUGE when I take them. I just want to basically resize them most of the time without losing detail. Haven't figured that out yet.

    resizing a picture bama?

    you can open it in Paint. go to Image, Stretch/Skew. resize to 99% and 99%. your picture will go from like 1 meg to 250 to 300kb without losing any quality.

    After opening photoshop click on "File", click on "Open...", choose pic. Pic opens then click on "Image" then click on "Image size..." and change to the size you want it. Then click on "File", "Save as..." and save your pic.

    I know how to do that but it doesn't look near as good. If I put the original image on my digital picture frame it auto resizes it to fit the frame without losing any of the quality. When I resize it in paint it doesn't even close to as good as it does in the frame. Take those last pics I put in the nature thread, they look like shit there but look awesome in my frame.

    So I hear. I've got to get a copy of it. I'll get one when Hayd comes back around.

    Never heard of it, funny show?
