    I gotcha. I've never been ticketed for that, but i've had a cdl with an x endorsement since the early 90s. I havent taken a bike test since probably 86 when I got my first DL.
    I used my honda ct70 that I got when I was 10 at a garage sale to take the test. Funniest damned thing you ever saw. Every guy I knew took their motorcycle cert test on that ct70 after that. the day we took the test, everybody but me showed upon their big bikes, so they could go cruising after. I showed up on the ct with a bicycle mirror duct taped on and a toggle switched head/tail light to take the test. The cop laughed and laughed. The guys staggered thru the cones and looked like retards at a circus while I just putted right on thru with a perfect score. By the time they were done i'd gone home and come back on my big bike. My brother has it in his basement for his boys to ride when we get enough gumption to get it running again.

    I'd like to say I was smart enough to take the test on it myself, but i wasnt. My Mom suggested that only an idiot would take a test on a big heavy motorcycle when they could take it on a 70cc minibike.
