    Watchmen is one of those movies that you're either gonna like it or hate it.

    If you read the book or like comic book movies, then you'll probably like it

    If you're not really into comic book movies, then you probably wont get into it

    it's actually a prequel series, it takes place 50 some odd years before the events of Battlestar Galactica

    Although, comic movies done badly, or by non-comicbook people almost universally suck monkey hiney. Take Spiderman 3. Please.

    :lol: well there's a comparison I wasn't expecting

    the main flaw to the movie was the symbiote/Venom plot that was shoehorned into the movie by the studio. It was forced in and Raimi clearly didn't know what to do with the character

    If they just stuck with Sandman and the Peter/Harry story, it would've been a great movie

    I actually think the Peter/Harry part of the movie is clearly the best part, and I thought it concluded really nicely
