I just checked some of it out on youtube. Some of it looks alot like traditional JuJutsu. But as they say, there are only so many ways to lock an arm. So we probably use many of the same techniques.

Similar. Lot's of pressure points and knock outs. We don't lock up as much as traditional.

I shoot right, but fight left. I never liked the cross draw, waste time IMO.

 

yea i get that, i dont really have a preference, thats just stock file footage of an unknown i stole for the fun. i use my right to shoot and everything i have to fight, back in the day (25 years ago), my left and right hit about the same, i liked to box but not often, then i tried the full contact and found it hard to mix in the kicks, now i think im smarter, i could make that work, but im way to fat, i would break my ass if i tried it. for example I tried my nun-chucks about a year ago, about put my own lights out and hit my own car - twice. these skills must be maintained as you know.

 

LOL! In your car, WTF! I have these cool extendable glow in the dark chucks, but they are for tournaments, otherwise I prefer to be the weapon rather then carry one
