Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    that's always a small risk, but if you train properly, it's minimal.

    I know...he was a regular marathon runner though....
    BTW here there is an altitude difference during the race...many up and downs...

    I wouldn't run the one in Greece as fast as normal, with the travel, and wanting to have fun on the trip... makes for a slower race, but I can say I ran the original route, that's so cool.

    my real personal challenge is to do an ironman. 2.4 miles (3.86 km) swim, 112 miles (180.25 km) bike and a marathon (26 miles 385 yards, 42.195 km) run. My wife thinks i am crazy, maybe so, but it won't be bad for an old man to accomplish :p
