  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    They've never sent a jet after me thankfully. But I have had to cut my trip short on more than 1 occasion. lol - Wife wasn't all that happy about that. I used to have the freedom like you do and hopefully will get back to it one day. I've got a new director that isn't letting anyone do anything special right now. Everything's by the books.

    I do feel lucky with the freedom i have, but that would change if i was hourly, I just can't wait until the economy turns around... right now i am thankful i still have a job. ((oh am my wife isn't all that thrilled when i get called in either))

    It really hurts. I'm gutting my way through it. When I get a few 2-day-offs instead of 1-day-offs it should get a little better. :?

    Long story short: I have torn cartilage in it. I can't have surgery right now 'cause the benefits, at best, get me half wages during recovery.

    That's why i'm low on vacation. Jut before the other director left I took a lot of 1/2 days because I figured the new one would be the way he is. Normally I would work 9 hours Mon, Tue, Thur, and Fri, then 4 hours on Wed but that went to shit when he came.

    Sorry to hear that pm, maybe it'll let up soon so you can rest your leg.

    I gotta Dr's appt I gotta run too, elbow acting up again. Probably get another cortisone shot, hope too anyway. Have a great Christmas if I don't see you again p.m. I'll be back around in a little while jezek.
