  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    I say absolutley the votes should be public, and people should be able to comment on WHY they chose a sig.

    The constructive comments will only help sig makers with their skills & techniques.

    It's only going to improve the quality of the sigs, and it's the best possible way of wanting to learn new techniques.

    And if some get offended then so be it, but the members who want to progress will appreciate comments & criticisms.

    As long as it's constructive criticism I don't see any problem with it. Little disappointing there was only 6 entries this week. The creative section of phun has been a bit quiet of late.

    As for the vote, comments and issues.

    The vote. Public is the way to go, and we will from this moment forward.

    Comments, I liked the constructive criticism, I would like to hear some feedback from some of you about it, but I think it should remain.

    Issues, 6 votes where disallowed because all of the user accounts associated with those votes had zero posts and where all created on the same day. I could not link any of them via IP, but with proxies and other nefarious methods, it wasn't possible.
