    40 so far. Lost about 30 in the first 3 months or so, then hit a major slow down and have recovered sufficiently to lose another 10 in the last 45 days. I have identified the errors of my ways during the less productive period and have corrected them! Should be able to maintain at least a 5 pounds per month loss in spite of the upcoming holidays......we shall see My goal is to go from 278 to 168 by next summer.

    You are right for as surely as we are born, we shall die - I just need enough time to do all the things I did not do earlier as I was dedicating all my time and resources to raising a family. But, what the hell.......if I croak too soon, fuck it.
