Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     My first 3 months were very dedicated with no distractions and I lost 30 pounds. The next and previous 3 months, I had to vacations and was sick for a bit; I only lost 10 pounds. However, I have reviewed the "eating" of the last 3 months compared to the first 3 months and identified where I was "slipping." That has been corrected and I fully expect to get back to my initial rate of weight reduction. I let too many carbs sneak into me the last 3 months! :lol: Still, no sugar. I have eliminated that from my diet completely. It was a bit tough last week as they had a "bake sale" in the office all week long - no, I had NONE! :D

    Thanks, guys! My goal is to be between 160 and 170 by next summer. That is 5 to 10 pounds above my college weight. I was on the gymnastics team then.
