    Mine is sssoooooooo very YELLOW.

    After an over night rest break, I can see several total fuckups throughout the image, lol.
    I hate Eddie's hair the source pic. I gave it a halfassed shot but it was definitely half.

    I think when I have a little time this evening or something that I'll go back thru it.

    Maybe rework the entire thing. I like the heat dessicated effect on death, and the heated look to the cards came out very well. The lake of fire is actually a NASA pic of the sun. I'm not sure how to get the almost demanded darkness that's missing. Maybe smoke and heat distortion. I have to kill the overwhelmingly yellow look. I'd go with a whiter flame like you did, but on reduction it looks spotty.

    Over all I'm dissatisfied. Some elements are very good (I like the almost ash, bones, and lighting on death and the cards. Possibly i'll redo eddie completely as a second image to get that same effect then import it into the main pic. I'll post updates as I go.

    I dont think the flames are the problem with yours. Your characters dont seem to be inside or a part of the image; especially the death side. I havent really looked at yours carefully to take it apart, that was just the general feel I got when I looked at the fullsize. It just may have something to do with the content, Im not sure. Maybe they just dont go together or something. Each individually work out fine. then again, maybe I'm just not accomplished enough to pull it off. Be interesting to see how it progresses.

    Yeah, I've googled a ton of keywords on this hunt scary, spooky, haunted, creepy + castle, manor, mansion. Truthfully, I'm having the best luck hunting thru goth sites. Yet nothing I've found is that quintessential "haunted castle on hill" you know? Thanks for helping :)

    It's getting to the point it would be easier to just draw the damned thing myself and scan it, you know?
