    Fit in with the band. Those 3 guys never had a chance to show their chops in the songs they played on. But they played the right drum parts for the songs. They always fit right in. And the drum parts they played were all excellent, and harder than they sound.

    To be a great drummer you have to build your skills up monumentally. Then you don't get to show them off, because your job is to "drive" a band, not be a prima donna soloist.
