Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    His mother decided it was best that he live with me. And on a Wednesday in July he shows up at my door saying "Mom told me to go live with you". I have wanted it for some many years but it was some bad timing and had to cancel my surgery on my back.

    He is a good kid, he really is but his mother was not a godd mother... He is carrying a lot of baggage we have to work on.

    If his mother can't "control" him, probably nobody can. You have to set an example for him by your own actions. I think that's the best you can do.

    PM, some of this stuff with my son is very difficult. I am a man like he is, him much younger mind you, but we all still think with the "little guy" sometimes instead of our real brain. There are times that I want to respond as a guy and say "Way to go dude" amd instead I have to say, your grounded. There are other times he does things just like I did and all I can do is laugh.

    Not as a dad. But when I taught music (I taught drum lessons in the day when I played professionally at night), most of my students were teen guys. I connect with kids well, as well as their parents. So in getting to know many, many students and their parents, I've seen this scenario play out a lot!
