  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    Not really, for about a year after I left Gateway I got headhunters regularly, but the last few years I've been too far off the frontlines. Now with this new style of IT .edu coming up it's gonna be a bitch getting back inside. So now the bastards are gonna make me pay to learn the systems I've been using for 16 years so I can learn the new protocols/sop instead of field testing them myself until I'm comfortable like we've always done.

    Got busy there for a few!!!

    I'm pretty much in the same boat. We don't get anything here till the vendors approve it for whatever app we have so I stay behind in technology too. Years of experience talks for itself though - if you/me have been doing this for that long - that fact in itself shows that we are capable of learning it in a short time. That's how i'd look at it if I were an employer anyway.
