Just returned from my standing 3 month doctor visit. She was very pleasantly surprised with my loss of 34 pounds and all of the other things (liver, blood sugar, etc) were much improved from my last visit on May 8th. I still have about 70 more pounds to lose, but I WILL do it!

So, it is Friday. You guys wouldn't be glad of that now would you?

Bama, I am leaving on Monday for Bristol Tennessee for the week. Taking in the three Bristol races on Wed., Fri. and Sat. night and biking the rest of the time. Should see my brother that has retired to Weaverville, NC. also if it works out. First vacation since the first week of March (Daytona Bike Week).
I am looking forward to this trip, big time!.
