    ^^^^ The third one fooled me at first, and I thought you'd posted the wrong picture until I realised that you must have replaced the "usual" grey-scale with a "brown-scale" or "sepia-scale", or whatever you call it! Same effect of accentuating the girl, but a more mellow way of achieving it! Clever!

    I sampled the skin colors of the model and used that to redo her surroundings, but left her original. As you said, its a little more subtle than b&w.
