    I have included step by step instructions for those who would like to see how easy this is.

    1)Download GIMP 2.6.6. http://www.gimp.org/downloads/
    2)Open Image in Gimp. ‘File’ ‘Open’ select Image. (Original Image)
    3)‘Tools’ ‘Selection Tools’ ‘Free Select’. Highlight outline of underwear area connecting a series of ‘dots’, connect the last ‘dot’ to the first ‘dot’ to ‘select’ the area.
    4)‘Colors’ ‘Invert’. (XRay1)
    5)‘Filters’ ‘Edge-Detect’ ‘Difference of Gaussians’. Set ‘Radius 1’ value as high as possible (13256). Set ‘Radius 2’ value as low as possible (0.1). Remove ‘tick’ option from Invert. Click ‘Ok’. (XRay2)
    6)Adjust the ‘Colors’ ‘Brightness-Contrast’ and ‘Colors’ ‘Colorize’ options as desired. (XRay3)
