    I'm getting ready to go to the doctor -- a tendon or something popped out and the back of my left knee looks like has a tree branch in it. Gotta get the dogs out in a thunderstorm, then get in the car an be there at 7 a.m.

    It happened a couple nights ago. I do a lot of heavy lifting and physical work on the midnight shift. It happened while lifting and/or turning while lifting. I don't know the exact thing that made it pop out. :?

    The thing is, I knew it hurt but didn't even look behind my knee to see it till the night after. You get used to a little pain and say "fuck it" after a while.

    I'm back. I broke the synovial sac behind my left knee -- the back of my knee is filled with fluid. I have to have it drained next week. Yay.
