  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    I'm wondering if you guys could approve of pixhost.to. I'm not the owner or anything I just like the host because they have a cover upload mode where anything uploaded in this mode gets much bigger thumbnails.

    Also they are pretty reliable I see them alot.

    how long have they been around? we will look into surveying new imagehosts for our board but they must meet our criteria.

    whats your criteria?

    I'm not exactly sure when they started but I've seen them around since last year around July. Even when browsing old threads using pixhost the pics are still around.

    how about chickupload.com?. I don't own the site nor do I have any relations to it, but it's the only image host I know that does not have any sort of pop up's...you can try it out if you like and see if it meets your criteria...my signature contains the link to my blog, all my images are hosted on chickupload, go check it out!.

    You can also try, imagehosting.gr , no popups or javascript junk with ads you must see first.

    our criteria is they have to be around at least a year (better gauge of longevity), does not contain malware or scripts, does not contain excessive pop-ups and ads, allow adult content, and they must reliable.
