    I just Googled lobster nutrition. I was curious. Here's the summary:

    The good: This food is very low in Saturated Fat. It is also a good source of Phosphorus, Potassium and Zinc, and a very good source of Protein, Vitamin B12, Copper and Selenium.

    The bad: This food is high in Sodium, and very high in Cholesterol.
