    With a big empty space like that I have a little trick:

    Type your text in a realy basic font, nothing fancy. Select the text layer, go to filter > distort > displace. Leave all the settings as they are and select a random psd*. Emediately go to edit > fade displace (if you do something else first this option will not be displayed) and slide the opacity slider back to whatever you like. (around 25% looks best imho).

    The result is this:

    *With different psd's you'll get different results.
