then you should watch it. pretty suspensful. It is a remake of a 60's or 70's movie i am sure.

rofl! that movie called eagle eye looks like a super lame plot. it is advertising on PPV. Like i will want to watch that.

Got cha. Always good to save a buck. I wasted a good amount of money on a mediocre dinner. Now I have a stomach ache.

By the way, Eagle eye wasn't bad. No the greatest movie, but held my attention. Not a waste of 2 hours, thats for sure.

 

By the way, have you seen "Taken" yet? I downloaded it on bit torrent. I could upload it for you. VERY good movie.

 

boy the plot is pretty unbelievable. The father who was suppose to be ex-cop and security blasting ammo away at things he could not even see. What kinda ex-law enforcer knowing he has a revolver with limited ammo would waste it at just voices.

ah, then i will wait to see it then. looked like a rip of the matrix scene.

saw it earlier this year juice, that is also another unbelievably fake movie. It was ok in my opinion. But the scenes where the security guys seeing liam neilson doesn't call out for help or to others when you see an intruder is rather fake. I know if i was a security guard for somebody and i see an intruder on my boat i would yell out as loud as possible. Not this heroic one on one shit.

That and the amount of bullets fired at him but always seem to miss is unbelievable.

 

Well, 99% of the movies I see are fake. I know this and accept it. It lets me enjoy the crap hollywood puts out much better. I thought Taken was very entertaining.

premise is father wanting to take his family (wife, son, daughter, daughter and her husband) out to see the west. They took the advice of a local gas attendant that had been bribed by these mutated miners who lives in the dessert. They take this supposed shortcut through the dessert and they were ambushed. The father walks the 8 miles back to the gas station to get help, the son-in-law walks the other direction to see if he can get cell phone reception to call for help. They eventually get picked off one by one and gets taken by these cannibalistic mutant dessert people that lived in a former nuclear test site for the government.

 

taken has it's moments and a good plot. Just that when things are so unbelievable that i get turned off by it. If the premise of the movie is suppose to be fake then i can accept it. But if it is suppose to play off as real then the fakeness makes it lame. I know i am weird like that but that is how my mind operates. :-?

 

I have seen parts of this before. Isn't it on Spike right now? Considering the type of movie, its not bad. Not a huge fan of scary movies, but I can appreciate them.
