I'm sick of war. In my 45 years, if there wasn't a major conflict going on one of our esteemed presidents found a way to create one, or to muscle their way into someone else's. Pretty fucked. Peace is a pipedream though.

It's some of the other banal bullshit that drives me nuts. I have a low tolerance for superfluous comments for one thing. And as you may have gathered I'm not big on celeb talk. I don't have anything against it, it's just not my forte. Plus, I'm a lot older than alot of the members, so there are natural generation gaps that I' not interested in filling. I'm just a curmudgeon I guess.

Jesus. Hitler was bad on so many counts it's hard to pin him on any one thing without the ubiquitous 'but' being tacked onto them. But he was nuts... But he was a racist... But he was being politically expedient... But what the fuck was he thinking?

I believe there is evil in the world, but I won't say he was the personification of it. There are so many others that qualify for the position. He was definitely a malignant force like few others though.
