Nah, she's playing an athlete, so just less/little makeup.

 

The problem with actresses taking these extreme physical roles is that they never to go back to 100% like they used to be. They lose something in the process. One example I remember is Charlize Theron. She was perfect before she uglied up in Monster. After that, though she lost weight and everything else, her face never went back the same as before. The bags under her eyes never went away fully. The radiance in her face was gone. I'm afraid of whats going to happen to Sydney. Her face was never perfect to begin with. And after losing the weight she gained, her boobs might not even be the same as before, they might start to sag.

 

She gained weight to play a wrestler...you don't know what you're talking about.

 

I know she gained weight. What was implying is that after she finishes the role, she will lose weight, and it will not be the same ever again.

 

Nobody stays perfect forever. I daresay she'll be more than good enough

 

I think it's a boxing movie. Thank god for syd and those nude scenes. Just waiting for season 3 of her show.

 

The point was that Sydney isn't coming from the best starting place face-wise, unlike someone like Charlize Theron. And that what Sydney's renowned for - her chest/body - is being put at risk of changing.

 

As much as people criticize you for being harsh, strictly speaking you're right - Sydney is hot but her face isn't all that special - she seems like a great human being, but she's not known for much besides her boobs and showing them on camera. Would not surprise me if her face goes downhill fast or, like Charlize Theron, doesn't bounce-back to her earlier form. Time will tell. That said, I can't fault her for trying to branch-out into new acting roles - the way Scarlett Johannson did - rather than playing it safe and just milking her "it girl" status the way Megan Fox and Jennifer Love Hewitt did.

 

We all thought that Katy Perry would never look the same again after what she looked like after her pregnancy. Going to the gym 12 hours a day does wonders.

Where is it "great?" When it's completely Facetuned in all of her Instagram pictures/videos (look up Facetuning if you don't know what it is - she does it on all of her own media)? Or in an edited photoshoot? Or in the odd 1 in 100 event picture where she looks okay because her attached-at-the-hip makeup girl is learning how to address her naturally unconventional features?

 

I think it's indicative of deep-seated mental problems that you've actually gone to the point of posting pictures of Sydney just so you can complain about and criticise her appearance.

 

I only posted them because I noticed that no one else had, when her Facetuned IG content and "candids" of her en route to or from photoshoots/media appearances are posted all the time. And not complaining or criticizing - just trying to clear up misunderstandings.

In my humble opinion, estacado1 really did put it straight-forward and not at all like a rant or... like in a nagging tone.

Keeping some "fat" or whatever else human tissue there is simply brings some structure and lines to a person's face. Sometimes some more appeal, sometimes more charm by slight wrinkles or whatever.
And towards the point of "morphing" into roles of everyday people for any random good-looking actress, I do agree. They are not my cup of tea. I appreciate films and tv series for reasons which usually do include some super truthful look and that authentic feel, to bring the right tone and vibe to it all. But often the process of "transforming back" works.

 

She is a 27 year old white woman her days are numbered anyway

And the problem with gaining weight and losing it again is it makes you look old in the face. In terms of tits there will not be any noticeable change apart from the sag that comes with age.

 

She would turn every one of us down.
