This is greatly disturbing....yet noone seems to mind.

 

It's incest porn being played out in a mainstream audience. If you separate the incredible hotness of the participants it is very weird and creepy.
But they are insanely hot and people love fapping to them.

Plus I wonder what percentage of people know they're related when looking at ads, probably not that many. People are ignorant.

 

I wouldnt say its "greatly" disturbing. May be a little weird if you look at it surface level but plenty of parents want/encourage their kids (especially famous or athletes) to follow in their footsteps.
