Drunk driving where she hit another car and totaled both. Plus the driver of the other car was seriously injured. She also is accused of a hit and run causing property damage before the crash

Also was belligerent toward firefighters and hospital staff. Including screaming "This is a $400 shirt"

 

to add to this: Just on the injury charge Haley will be locked up for between 5 days to 11 years depending on if it is pled as a misdemeanor or felony

 

So what I have been reading is saying that likely Haley will be get between 3 and 6 years in prison.

Possibly with being able to count her rehab stint as time served

 

shes a young attractive woman, so she will probably get 2 months probation

 

Nope minimum is 5 days in jail. Plus what I have been reading even in LA county usually the misdemeanor version the plea deal will include a few months in jail

Issues for Haley is the hit and run before the crash and her belligerence to the first responders and hospital staff. Plus the fact the guy she hit was seriously injured.

While I can't confirm this some people are saying online that this wasn't even her first drunk driving arrest. Problem being that I can't find any article mentioning previous arrests.

Also Debby Ryan off her drunk driving arrest that had the injury charge dropped altogether got 3 years of probation

 

Also if she has to plead guilty to the felony version of the injury charge the mandatory minimum is 16 months in prison

 

im still betting on her getting the lowest possible sentance
