    The good thing about working out is you can still have toned muscles and not be really skinny lol. I think that's where Kiernan has gone too far

    Kiernan is nowhere near of competition fat percent figure. Arguably her abs aren't even showing that much, just tone and slight definition of them, and together with her overall figure put her to great place with body fat percent.

    You can look skinny and not have very low body fat, especially on women. She's not a bodybuilder or professional athlete, so she's never going to have low body fat. I'm just saying that I think she looked more attractive when she weighed more in the past. She can still work out and have more softness/meat on her bones.
