Where Can I Ask Questions?

Hey all. Am new here, so I hope you'll forgive me for creating this thread; basically, there's something I'm a little confused about ...

I know from reading the FAQs that you're not allowed to post actual requests in the Sexy Vidoes section (not sure why). But what I want to do is request *more information* on a specific movie/series (so then I might find it myself), but don't want to create a new thread in the Sexy Videos forum that's just going to be closed! Any suggestions?

well. you can try it here.

all you need is a "descriptive" picture of the model/vid you have questions about on a allowed imagehost.

 

Hi there, thanks for your reply. Well ... I can certainly give fairly detailed *written* descriptions, but sadly I do not have any pictures from either the movie or the series (if I did, then I would probably know what they were called!). I know who's in the series, but not who's in the movie.

 

Well ... the inevitable happened; since no one was able to give me a valid alternative, I tried creating a new thread in the Sexy Videos section ... and it was deleted. Frankly, I'm baffled; is there seriously *nowhere* in the entire phun.org forum where I can post a thread requesting more information on a specific show/movie? I wasn't even asking for the material to be posted! What am I supposed to do?

But ... this is where I'm confused; you think I should ask for information on a movie/TV series ... in a thread where people post their picture requests, and ask for models to be identified? Surely the Sexy Videos area is a far more logical place for it??? Believe me, I'm not trying to be difficult here; it's just that I don't think that my questions would best be answered in a somewhat irrelevant thread ...

Well, I certainly hope it doesn't come to that. Don't worry - just because I don't agree with the rules doesn't mean I won't now abide by them.

Will try the thread that you all have suggested (even though that thread's own rules say no video requests!); I just hope that my post isn't dismissed for being off-topic.

Out of interest (and I am asking purely out of interest here), why do you guys not allow requests in the Sexy Videos forum? I'm sure I'm not the only one who would appreciate the opportunity to make them there ...

 

The place would be full of leechers and noobs making requests if that was the case.

it wouldn't matter if I was the one asking the question. if I kept posting threads like that in the wrong forum the Mod's would have no problem banning me for a few days.

There's no prob putting a thumbnail in your sig of the video in question with the request, but if we allow one request thread it'll never stop.

The video forum used to be chaos, we don't want it back like that again.
