    Sounds fun. I don't guess we'll do much of anything besides the normal family cook out thing. We've been really busy of late with work and ball so we kinda need some down time.

    I have never been further east than nevada. Been up and down the entire west coast though. :D
    you'd love it james, free drinks at the table as long as you are gambling. I pulled a 24 hour marathon at the tables once. :D
    well you have a great time with your family bama. If i had a wife and kids i guess i would spend it with them as well. :p

    It's all animatronics, fog machines, and flashing lights.

    It's a ton of fun for 1 day, maybe 2, but it gets old pretty fast.

    although i would generally agree with this statement there are things to do there besides gambling and watching their high priced shows. Lake meade is only a 45 minute drive away, seados on lake meade is awsome, catching carp with your bare hands is also just as fun, going slightly off the strip to get to an all you can eat sushi buffet for $6 bucks is way cool. and there is always the shopping for cool trinkets on the strip to the west side of the main strip is fun. But most things there if you stay on the strip to do it gets very expensive, you just gotta know where to go. ;)

    i use to LOVE gambling, i don't play much anymore. When all my college friends where still single we use to make 2 trips a year for hard core gambling. Summer is always vegas and winter is always reno. with the 2-3 times a week trips to the local card clubs. but I no longer associate with most of my college buddies so it is now just me and a few close friends.
