Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     It is, very family oriented place. Always something to do.

    Poor choice of words on my part. What I meant was Panama City for example: You can't go 20 yards on the street right in front of the hotels without seeing police making sure no one is out drinking etc...You never see anything but security guards that belong to that particular hotel on the beach. I can count many a times during high school spring break being at parties on the beach with 16 - 20 y/o's getting trashed on everything from beer, weed, cocaine, etc and you never seen anyone checking on them unless a fight broke out. They just don't "govern" the beaches like they do everything else.

    I forgot.

    I just found out somehow that this username was available to me about 6 months after I registered. I actually joined then in March.

    And when I tried to change my password, I got locked out of the site for a week 'cause the new pass had nowhere to go.

    yeah it was taking a while for the pics in the phun motivator thread to load up. had to check if I went over my limit and was back on dial up.
