  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    Yeah, that's true.

    The ISP i chose are relatively small, and their customer service was reported to be superb.

    I found out last night that that's correct.

    I was speaking to the dude for 3 hours, and he was brilliant the whole time.
    I even accidently disconnected my cordless phone at one stage, and within 30 seconds he'd called me back.

    Absolute first class service.

    cool, no offense taken. It has been slow as hell recently though with Funky busy, Mel hasn't been on at this time, Toolz hasn't been in here, TK hasn't until later on in the evening.

    This ISP has won all sorts of awards for the best ISP in the land and also for their customer service.

    And with them i'm paying as much as i was with Telstra (the biggest company in the land), but i get 5 times the usage for the month and uploads aren't counted (they are with Telstra).

    I'm on ADSL now, and was on cable previously, so i don't think it'll be as fast, but that's no big deal.

    I might go download a file and see how it goes, speed wise.

    most times you're better off that way opposed to a big company. Less customers means more time to focus on them.

    The company i was with, Telstra, are the biggest telco in the country, and they have an almost monopoly and use it to rip people off with uncompetitive plans.

    I got good speeds and reliable connections, but their plans are outrageous and customer service is impossible.

    This new ISP is the shit.

    same problem I have with Comcast. They are the ONLY igh speed internet provider for my area. I would gladly take anyone over them but I have no choice.

    Just trying to download a file and it's going, but quite slowly.

    I'm using uTorrent and i haven't got the green tick thing in the bottom of the window, so obviously something isn't set right (i was told i would have to do something to get it working right with this new modem/internet type).

    I justed tested in uTorrent and the port isn't forwarding (must have been set up for my old connection).

    I guess i'll try to change the port forwarding so i find an open port.
