They knew i was leaving first thing tomorrow morning, and so they chose the pickup time, and had two weeks to make sure they arrived on time.

I'm going to fucking go spare if they don't come, because i so don't have time to be chasing them up today.

 

seriously man you should call em up and tell em "listen you guys better have a guy down here to pick up this equipment today, I'm moving first thing in the morning. If it hasn't been picked up it will be left on the doorstep"

 

If they don't come by the assigned time (45 minutes left), i'll be telling them that and a bit more.

They've had two fucking weeks to sort out a time, surely they can keep it.

They should have just send a couple of pre-paid satchels and i could have bagged them up and dropped them off at the post office.

Jenn lemme tell you....the last time I needed the cable company to come I waited around all day for them, even took off work. Guess what? Fuckers never came. I called up at like 4:45, since it was a 9am - 5pm thing like we discussed earlier, and the person on the phone says hold on I'll check whats going on. After like 15 mins on hold she comes back and says that she spoke with the dispatcher and he informed her that the driver was unable to gain access. So right there I'm like ???? So I coax her into inquiring further, as this makes no sense to me whatsoever, and she informs me that the technician was unable to gain access to the neighborhood where I live due to a gate surrounding it. i tell her thats bs and he must be lying because there is no gate. After going back and forth for a lil while I ask for a supervisor. The supervisor checks into it, after I explain the previous scenario and he tells me that upon further checking it turns out that the gate that was being referred to was around my house. Again I say bs, as I have no gate around my house at all. So I ask what are we gonna do about this? The supervisor says I can reschedule you for 3 days from now, as thats the only available slot. I then ask him why is it that if I already had an appointment, that I have to wait. Especially considering that someone obviously lied cause they wanted to go home for the evening, and got caught in their web of lies. All he could say was I'm very sorry and thats the only opening we have. So it ended up I had to wait 3 more days and as a consolation they took $15 whopping dollars off of my $60 bill. THX COMCAST!!
