  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

There are a lot of really great threads & posts on here & for one, I'm happy about it. Is there any way these threads can be zipped for easier d/l? I cant take several hours a day to open each picture to save. I'll even take them off rapidshare. This is just a suggestion. If anyone can tell me a better way, then please feel free to share. Thanks & keep up the great work.

Firstly i think you need to read the rules-it might help you with the zips, and secondly there are programs out there which can save mulitple thumbs without opening them..

Zip's are only allowed if it's amateur stuff.

    Try these mass downloading tools:

    mass-downloading
    IPLED for imagevenue - http://rapidshare.com/files/58677747/ipled.zip
    BulkImageDownloader - http://rapidshare.com/files/84525881/bulkimagedownloader_1_28_setup.exe

I can't get IPled to work. I PMed you a few days ago. No reply, so I thought I'd ask here.

I followed your instructions from this page: http://forum.phun.org/showthread.php?p=1083554&highlight=IPled

The log window indicates the downloads were successful, and new folders were created, but nothing is in them except a file named "ipled_succes.ipl"

-Do the "images" and "website" folder need to be on the desktop, or can they be located anywhere?

-When saving the webpage, I tried it both as text and full page.

Any assitance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

In the mean time, I'll give BulkImageDownloader a try.

    Thanks for the reply River.

Yes, I watched the log window and scrolling messages indicated "extracting", "Done", and Success".

I quickly tried BID and it works! Still bugs me, thou, when I can't figure out why something doesn't work.
