    I love watching our game on tv, but it's so much better being there.
    The atmosphere is electric.

    I prefer the MCG because it's the home of footy and holds 100,000 people, but the Dome (where today's game is) is nice when the weather is bad because of the roof.

    It's been almost six months since we won the premiership, and that's too long to wait to see them play again, so i'm so damn eager to get there today.

    Nunavut has a land mass of over 2 million square kilometers to Australia that has 7,617,930 square kilometres. yet our population is only 33,000 people. we can't even fill a large sports stadium.

    Holy shit Jenn...that place looks immense! The Meadowlands (Giants/Jets stadium) is the biggest sports venue I've been to. Don't know what the seating capacity is.

    The MCG (the second one) is a real coliseum.

    It's capacity is 100,000 and we get close to filling it 4-5 times a year, which is impressive given we only have 4 million people in the city.
    We are a massive sporting city (we consider ourselves the sporting capital of the world given our love for sport and the fact we have a lot of big sporting events here).

    According to wikipedia, The Meadowlands holds 80,000.

    Speaking of the Jets, their punter (Ben Graham) played 11 years for my footy club (Geelong), before heading to America.

    I spent four hours with my 10 month old niece last night and i was exhausted afterwards.

    Don't know how i'd handle my one child, let alone five of them.
