    tutu, yeah i like pan crust... it can get really greasy sometimes though

    you seriously dont know how much oil we use in that...

    once you see us preparing the dough for the pan pizza's, you would never ever again think of eating pan crust again :p....
    thats why i stopped eating it...

    i can only eat like 1 slice of it. i can feel the oil oozing out of the dough. it does taste pretty damn good though

    all right....

    we sometimes use dough thats been out in the open (not controlled temp)...

    mostly drivers put three dips of oil in 1 pan...we are supposed to put 2..

    my store dosnt do it, but i know stores which do..they dont wash dishes..they use the same dishes day after day without even a simple hot water wash...

    drivers most of the times dont wash their hands....they they dont use gloves :p..

    i think that should ruin your apatite :p..

    it all sounds gross but i'm not surprised. most take-out kitchens are completely disgusting in every way

    this reminds me of a story.

    my uncle is bad. he bought a jar of peanut butter once, put a half of a dead cockroach in it that he found in his kitchen, then sent the jar to the company with a mean letter. a week later they had sent him a case of 12 jars of peanut butter for free
