    what "prosthetic policy" are you talking about?

    they used a prosthetic in this show to match the size of Pamela Anderson's boobs in real life, not because Lily wouldn't show her real ones or anything like that

    there's no "policy" other than a desire to be as realistic as possible since Lily's real breasts are nowhere near as large as Pamela's fake ones are/were

    is this really difficult to understand?
