    There is an army base very close to where I live - I grew up with a lot of "mixed" Asian/American kids - some Korean "mixed" as well so yes I do have a hard time distinguishing ethenticity. They came from American soldiers bringing home wives from war. There are very little true Asians around me. My friend BTW has an American father and a Vietnamese mother.
