Arh, okay. 17 degrees with the sun shining is lovely.

 

How hot do you get in summer?

We get days of close to 110 F, with regular summer days of about 88-90F.

 

My barbour is Vietnamese and is cool as you can get. She tells me stories about it everytime I get my hair cut. Don't know if you grew up anywhere near her family did but hers was dirt poor. She send money every month to them. She visits for a couple of weeks every other year and everytime she gets back the first words out of her mouth are "I'm so glad I moved here"

 

It is.

I don't ever feel the cold, so the colder we get the better.
I might think differently if i experienced your winters, but for where i am, the colder the better.

 

I bet he gets very fucking hot when his tight little ass gets a tan

 

Hottest months average in mid to upper 90's with the occasional 100-105 but it's very rare. We have friggin terrible humidity problems here, 90F with 100 % humidity and you can barely breathe outside.

 

I hate our winters. Mainly because it gets dark and I tend to get a bit depressed.
Then again, I wouldn't want to celebrate Christmas on the beach

 

I would love the live in the northern parts of CA. Hot days, cold nights, lovely countryside, and yeah...can't wait to get back

 

English is a bastard language, no doubt, but every other English speaking country in the world manages to teach 'ph' sounds and the other idiosyncrasies of the language without much problem.

People learning English as a second language would benefit from the American English model, but those who grew up with it as their first language should be able to learn it in it's true form, not a further bastardised version.

Each to their own though.

 

Oh, i cannot handle humidity.

Thankfully we don't get much of it, it's a very dry heat, but parts of Queensland get close to 100% humidity all year (very tropical climate).

 

I'd love to experience a Northern Hemisphere Christmas, but i adore our Summer Christmases.

Hot, sunny, beer in the hand, meat on the barbie and a roast in the oven.

Doesn't get any better.

 

hahaha - Don't hate us, that's how we were taught.

I hate high humidity as well, I live with fucked up sinus problems year-round. Every time the temp jumps 20 degrees I get a damn sinus infection and usually have to get my ears drained (gross but true).

 

Don't misinterpret mate, i don't hate America (hell, i'm spending a small fortune to visit there), and understand it's your system, but i just despise and disagree with that system.
