    It has it's good days and bad days as with everything else in life. Overall I can't complain - but I don't look forward to coming in everyday. Since having to do more administrative work than technical work as of late I don't that - but it will pass once these projects are complete.

    Pays the bills. Been for 14 years and there's only one other company around here that would campare to my current pay rate. That one would require a good deal of traveling, something I don't want to do anylonger. I did that with my previous job for 3 years and it got old quick. So, I guess I'm kinda stuck.

    no ploitics, just a matter of preference. The town I live in is small so there is little employment oppotunites around here. I work for the largest employer in the county. The other employer that would pay about the same as this one would require me to travel daily around 3 counties - that's what I don't really want to get back in to. Another vendors have offered me jobs in their tech support but I would have to move to another state - again, something I don't want to do right now.
