    i know what you mean, but in a way, they don't know they're left out. and if they are cool, then they won't be left out because we'll want them in there, so in a way it's within their own power.

    i'm just worried about the approval of additional people. do we get to vote on it? that would be best really. i think a thread with a poll should be set up for each new approval with options "yes" or "no" and majority rules. we could end up with some joe schmoes in there if we can just invite whoever we want without the say of other "in" members

    sounds good to me. if all of the mods approve somebody together then that would be fine by me as well. i was just saying it should not be up to 1 or 2 people only but at least some kind of group
