    Yes, only yearly. They are supposed to do market analysis every 4 years to make sure that the pay scale is appropriate - that's happened only twice since I've been here. I can't complain to much though, what I make compared to the price of living here I'm not in bad shape. Not rich by any means but we don't hurt for anything either.

    Yep, I pay that shit during the year though. Remember all that overtime I had a couple of weeks ago, put me in a higher tax bracket - 1/3 of my check went to taxes :mad: Still brought home about $350 bucks extra thogh :D
