I hope you realise, Spider, that all the bubble-wrap in the World - manufactured in China, as one could expect (in Wuhan actually) - reportedly has critical viruses and bacteria injected into the bubbles, specifically engineered to render the North American gene-patterns uniquely susceptible! (Thank Trump for that!) It's possible it may have been going on for some time?
The biologically-engineered package was apparently designed to promote chronic over-consumption and moral degeneration, but the US Government reports that evidence of its impact so far is inconclusive?
Your personal feedback, whilst statistically insignificant of course, might be of value? A call for sympathy? And a helpful warning?

It was of course an ironic joke, which I've been led to believe that Americans struggle with? (another joke?) But please let me know if it gets picked up by the conspiracy theorists?

 

I think I would rather be beaten with a stick than go grocery shopping. Fuckin' hate it with a passion, especially if I'm in need of non-food items. And why does it seem like all of those items are needed simultaneously.
