You've taken action & the first step and that's what important, if you need a pacemaker so be it, compared to decades before it's much more common place.

I hope the depression trail goes well, this past year has had such a impact on both our mental & physical health.

Meds work for some, for others it's a different approach, it's what's right for you, don't be afraid to keep me posted.

All the best Driller. One part of it is the physical side of a problem. But i do believe that we have any easier way of going through a larger obstacle if we are in the right place mentally. Im no physician its more of a general sense inner belief i have.

I have had 5 cardio-vascular surgical procedure, the worst being an open chest triple bypass the day after Christmas of 2002. It took me almost three years to fully recover from that wonderful experience. The points of resection of the bypass veins failed, but correction was able to be successfully completed via the angioplasty process (tubes run up to the heart arteries thru entrance at leg veins, etc. So now I have 5 stints in the ol ticker. I also have witnessed my heart monitor flat line while on the operating table....twice....lost conscientiousness shortly there after. Heart restarted by defibrillator. Lucky to still be here.

Tomorrow weather forecast for North Central Florida, USA, is a high of 91F/33C with mostly sunny skies and no real rain threat for next ten days.

 

Thanks to all for the kind words. I'll have eight grandchildren in May. I'd like to see them grow up so I need to make 80 years old at least. I'll do whatever I have to. My Uncle had 5 bypasses and 1 1/2 years later he's still weak. I'm younger and more motivated so I'll get over whatever they do.

I just wanted to thank all of you who have shared about your health.

One thing I've learnt is, everyone is different.
How one person reacted to a procedure/surgery/condition
is unique to them, it may be similar but you could be different.

I think the most important thing is, how we deal/live with it.

The first step is seeing your Doctor, as easy as it is for me to say.

Don't put it off, take that first step,.
