Not a chance in hell. She put the company's name on mainstream news sites for a couple of days. She's supposedly producing a film about OnlyFans with the director of at least one highly acclaimed film. Her "offense" from what I've seen was clickbait, and while it'd get you thrown off these forums (I assume), there's a big gap between that and law. This whole thing suddenly seems significantly more Joaquin Phoenix in "I'm Still Here" (just with a way worse actor) than Amanda Bynes.

 

I'm not really sure what the law is in regards to this type of thing. I'm guessing they're pretty murky or non-existent like most laws regarding the internet.

However she was messaging people on the site telling them they were naked pics of her, which is reasonable for them to believe given the content of the site. I doubt that would be enough to be considered "fraud", but like I said, I don't know much about the laws that would govern this. I do like that OnlyFans made those new rules though.

All that being said...anybody who pays $200 for a naked picture is an idiot, no matter who is in the pic.

 

From what I read, about that $200 post, she did appear to be naked in the pictures, but she was covering herself with her hands. She didn't *technically* lie, but she did let people assume what they would see.

 

That's what I saw too. I'm sure that's not enough to do anything legally, but I do wonder if OnlyFans might do something more than they have. If I were them I wouldn't allow people to charge extra for pictures, just videos. At least with videos you can give a preview, which is what a lot of pornstars do on there.
